Warranty Policy
Our warranty policy is designed to comply with Australian Consumer Law, which provides consumers with certain guarantees that cannot be excluded.
Statutory Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Seller Warranty
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, Lotus Computers provides a 1-year seller warranty for both new and refurbished items. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Extended Warranty
We offer extended warranty options for both new and refurbished items. These can be purchased at the time of checkout and extend coverage for up to 3 years beyond the standard 1-year seller warranty.
Warranty Claims Process
Contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue.
Our team will assess the claim and provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
Once received, we will inspect the item and either repair, replace, or refund based on the warranty terms and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer Rights
